Great Oaks Single Cask Irish Whiskey is crafted using the finest grain and malt whiskeys which are blended and allowed to marry in first fill bourbon casks. After maturation the grain and malt whiskeys are blended, cut to 46% alcohol, filtered and bottled. It is triple-distilled. This triple distilled whiskeys are “lighter” because of the removal of more of the heavier components. This third distillation gives the whiskey a better aroma and scent. It tastes spirituous but very smooth, floral and sweet yet spicy.
